Ingredients

2 Cups of Egg Whites ( I use liquid Egg whites : Egg white International)
8 Tbls. Of PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter
1 ½ Cups Quick Oats
2 Scoops of Vanilla Protein Powder (Beverly International)
½ cup Unsweetened Applesauce
¼ Tsp Baking Soda (Bob’s Red Mill Aluminum Free )
1/8 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Cup Fresh Blueberries
1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

Makes 12 muffins

Mix all ingredients together except the blueberries, Spoon into muffin pan and then top each muffin with 3 – 4 blueberries. Bake in oven 350 for 15– 18 minutes.
