6 boneless pork loin chops (4 oz)*
1 tsp garlic powder ground black pepper to taste
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
½ cup balsamic vinegar
1 can of no salt added diced tomatoes
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp dried rosemary
½ tsp dried thyme
- Season pork loins with pepper and garlic powder.
- Heat olive oil in a medium skillet, and brown the onion and seasoned pork loins.
- Pour tomatoes and balsamic vinegar over pork loins, and season with basil, oregano, rosemary and thyme.
- Simmer until pork is cooked through.
*may substitute pork for chicken breasts.
