Ingredients

1 Package of Pillsbury Sugar Free yellow cake mix
1 15oz can of 100% pumpkin
1/2 cup Muscle Egg Whites. (Pumpkin flavor or just regular liquid egg whites)
1/2 cup water
1 tsp cinnamon.

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients. Pour into cupcake pan. Bake at 350 for 15 – 20 min.
  2. Icing
  3. 2 scoops of Vanilla Protein Powder
  4. 1/2 cup egg whites
  5. Beat till thick like icing. Top with unsalted walnut pieces.
