•2 cups of oatmeal
•6 scoops Beverly International Vanilla Protein Powder
•15oz can of pumpkin
•1/8 tsp baking powder
•1/8 tsp baking soda
•1 tsp cinnamon
•1 cup egg whites
•1cup water
•½ cup almond meal
•¼ cup flax seed meal
•1tsp vanilla
•½ cup of unsalted chopped walnuts

Ingredients

•2 cups of oatmeal

•15oz can of pumpkin
•1/8 tsp baking powder
•1/8 tsp baking soda
•1 tsp cinnamon
•1 cup egg whites
•1cup water
•½ cup almond meal
•¼ cup flax seed meal
•1tsp vanilla
•½ cup of unsalted chopped walnuts

Directions

Mix all ingredients together except the walnuts.  Spread in 9×13 pan.  Top with chopped walnuts.  Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes.  Cool and cut into 15 bars.
