• 8oz – 100% pure pumpkin
• 1cup fat free plain Greek yogurt
• 4 scoops Vanilla Protein Powder
• 1/4 cup liquid egg whites
• 4oz of fat free cool whip
• 1 tbsp cinnamon

Ingredients

•8oz – 100% pure pumpkin
•1cup fat free plain Greek yogurt

•4oz of fat free cool whip
•1 tbsp cinnamon

Directions

• 8oz – 100% pure pumpkin
• 1cup fat free plain Greek yogurt
• 4 scoops Vanilla Protein Powder
•1/4 cup liquid egg whites
• 4oz of fat free cool whip
• 1 tbsp cinnamon

Mix all ingredients together with mixer and spread on crust and chill at least 1 hour.

Serve 8
Homemade Crust:
• 1/2 cup Fiber One Cereal
• 1/2 cup unsalted slivered almonds
• 2 tbsp extra virgen olive oil

Blend cereal and amond in blender. Add olive oil and press in bottom of pie pan.
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
