4 eggs whites
1/3 cup of oats
1 scoop of Trutein Red Velvet Protein Powder (Substitute Chocolate if you do not have a Red Velvet)
(if you do not have a chocolate use vanilla with unsweetened cocoa powder) 1 1/2 tsp red food coloring
Mix all ingredients together. Makes 4 pancakes.

Topping (optional)
1/2 scoop of vanilla Protein Powder
2 tablespoons of fat free cream cheese
2 tablespoons of water
Mix together and let melt on top.
