2 scoops of vanilla protein
1/3 cup Greek Yogurt
1/3 cup fat free cream cheese
Mix together and ice cupcakes and top with sliced strawberries.

Ingredients

2 scoops of Trutein Red Velvet Protein
1/2 Cup Coconut Flour
3 Egg Whites
1/2 Cup Un sweetened Almond Milk
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup stevia or truvia
1/2 cup plain 0% Greek yogurt
1 tsp vanilla

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and pour in cupcake tin. Makes 8 large cupcakes. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
