1 cup of Brussel sprouts, cut in half
1 cup of Sweet Potatoes, Peeled and diced
2 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tsp garlic powder

Ingredients

1 cup of Brussel sprouts, cut in half
1 cup of Sweet Potatoes, Peeled and diced
2 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tsp garlic powder

Directions

Coat veggies with olive oil and spread on cookie sheet. Sprinkle with garlic powder. Bake at 350 for 25 -30 minutes until veggies are tender.
