Ingredients

2lbs – 97% Fat Free Boneless Pork Loin
15oz can of no salt tomato sauce
4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
4 tsp organic brown sugar or Splenda Brown Sugar
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tsp Mrs. Dash Southwest Chipotle
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder

Directions

  1. Place pork in beanpot.
  2. In a small bowl, mix all remaining ingredients to make the BBQ sauce.
  3. Pour sauce over top of pork.
  4. Bake at 350 for 1½ hours until pork is tender.
  5. Or Microwave: cook in beanpot for 20-25 minutes until pork is tender and falls apart.
