My story: Barb Daugherty, I’m 41 years old, I work 40+ hours a week, I am going back to school again (why I don’t really know lol), both of my kids are active in sports 3-4 nights a week, life just gets in the way of me. Don’t get me wrong my family, friends and work are important but I always put myself second when it came to taking care of myself. For the past 15 years I’ve ate quick meals, fast food and anything fried . After having 2 beautiful children I plateaued around 165 lbs. I started working out a couple years ago and just never saw the progress I was wanting. I finally caved and worked with Kim on meal prep and the right foods (I didn’t want to give up my foods at first). As soon as I started changing my foods I began seeing results immediately. I am currently at 144 pounds…I’m not perfect and never will be but I now know what I need to do to dial in my nutrition. I still have about 15 pounds to reach my ultimate goal weight but I can’t thank Kim enough for teaching me the difference between eating and eating healthy. I’d like to also thank my husband for everything he does so I have time for me again.
