Dana began Fit Bodies Personal Training Studio April 2016. She attends group training classes 2 – 3 times a week, began the meal plan program, where she knows exactly what to eat at every meal. In the 1 year she has lost 53 lbs, 20 1/2 inches and 12 % body fat. January 2017 she decided to work for a bikini show to be held in April 2017 in the 12 weeks to prepare for the show she lost 18 lbs, 9 inches and 3 % body fat!
