I decided I needed to get serious about changing my eating habits. I had seen many positive posts on about the Fit Bodies for Life lifestyle, so I thought I would give it a try. I am so glad I did!! Not only am I eating healthier and exercising, I have kicked my “lifetime” addiction to Diet Coke!! I will be continuing the journey, not to just reach my goal but to stay there! love the plan, it has been pretty easy to follow as long as I put the time in to the prep! I am continuing to follow the plan and my husband is even eating better and has lost about 15 lbs! Thank you Fit Tribe for all the support from the group!!
