I’m a registered nurse. I am also completing my masters degree in leadership and management. I don’t have kids, but I do have 3 adorable dogs! I work full time and always have some sort of extra project going on in my life so sometimes things get crazy. I’ve tried all kinds of different exercise programs, cycling, Zumba, insanity, crossfit.. you name it, I’ve probably done it! I have by far seen the most result working with Kim. She’s so supportive and so much fun that it keeps you accountable. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend her programs if I didn’t 100% believe in her.

Set a goal for yourself and don’t give up until you have achieved your goal! Do it for you and love yourself no matter what happens in your life!
