Amazing Transformation. Shonda Ronen . She began at Fit Bodies Personal Training Studio in Oct. 2015. Along with weekly workouts she follows Kim’s meal plan. In her first 12 weeks she lost 22lbs, 3 % body fat and 12 1/2 inches. By Aug. of 2016 (when we did her 2nd picture) she had lost 26lbs – 6% body fat and 15 1/2 inches.
