5 Habits to help you create self love!

 

Self love is so important it is not selfish it is loving yourself from the inside out!

  1. Get up everyday and start your day with positive affirmations!  Look yourself in the mirror and say I AM_______ fill in the blank with 1 positive thing about you! Be kind to yourself!
  2.  Stop comparing yourself to others!  There is only 1 you!  Don’t compare your journey with anyone else!  Be you and love yourself every step of the way.
  3. Never worry about what others might think!  Sometimes we stop our journey due to a comment or what we might think what others will say.     Create your goals and look at them daily. Stay focused on what is important to you! Hang around positive people that are going where you want to go!
  4. Allow yourself to make mistakes, no one is perfect!   Don’t quit when you mess up, forgive yourself and move on!  The only time you fail is when you quit!
  5. Make yourself a priority!  Take time daily for yourself.  Schedule time daily for exercise, plan time weekly to meal prep! Create daily habits that will help you reach your goals!
