I began my journey in 2008, at the age of 45! I was overweight and out of shape, I felt miserable, I had no energy and didn’t like what I saw in the mirror. Like many other women, I didn’t know where to begin. I tried so many programs to get results and failed!
With my program you will never be left guessing what to eat, or what exercise to do to create your transformation! Every plan is customized to you, your lifestyle, and your goals. I started working with Kim and FB4L in 2014 after undergoing treatment for a medical condition I had. I fell in love with every aspect of fitness and became a personal trainer and nutrition coach shortly after. I’m now the mother of a two year old and I love teaching her healthy habits and helping other moms to do the same.

Hi! I’m a certified nutrition counselor through Precision Nutrition, and I’ve had the privilege of working personally with Kim for the past three years. Helping people is truly my passion—it brings me joy to support others on their journey to becoming healthier and more confident in their own skin.
I’ve always lived an active lifestyle and, like many, spent years “on a diet.” That experience gave me firsthand insight into the challenges of staying consistent and making health sustainable. My goal now is to help others break out of that cycle and build lasting habits that support lifelong wellness—not quick fixes, but real, lasting change.

I am a veterinary hospital manager and proud mom to my amazing daughter, Maddie. When we’re not home, we’re probably somewhere across the US cheering at a rodeo. Fitness has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember-thanks to my dad, who was a coach and made sure I knew the value of hard work, sweat, and showing up for myself.
