Ingredients 4 eggs whites 1/3 cup of oats 1 scoop of Trutein Red Velvet Protein Powder (Substitute Chocolate if you do not have a Red Velvet) (if you do not have a chocolate use vanilla with unsweetened cocoa powder) 1 1/2 tsp red food coloring Mix all ingredients together. Makes 4 pancakes.
