- Figure out what are the top things that you want to accomplish, Set Goals and Journal them or put them on a vision board.
- Have confidence in your ability to accomplish your goals because deep inside of you lies unlimited potential waiting to be unleashed..
- Don’t listen to negative people who will put you down. There are many people who will do this out of jealousy, insecurity or whatever else. Know that these people DO NOT have your best interest at heart. Therefore, put the blinders on, keep reminding yourself that you can do this and keep moving forward no matter what!
- Program your mind for these 14 days to NOT give up! We sometimes give up on ourselves too easily. Just think where will you be in 6 months if you don’t give up now??
- Create an action plan to reach your goals. Plan your meal days, plan your workout days. If you FAIL to PLAN you are planning to Fail.
- Don’t look for FAST results and if you don’t see them give up. Every change you are making takes time. Keep working towards your goals.
- Expect obstacles, know what to do when you have them. You will always be faced with obstacles in your journey., family gatherings, weddings, events where you will be tempted to eat bad. Know what to-do and plan ahead.
- Create Positive mantras, we are the person who talks to us the most. So everyday tell yourself 3 positive mantras that are about you or what you are going to accomplish! Example: “I am awesome” or “I am going to lose weight” etc.
- Nothing comes without hard work. Work hard and stay positive. Results will come in your daily routine. Everything you do today will show in your results for the future. So if you don’t like where you are right now! CHANGE! Remember what doesn’t Challenge you won’t change you!
- Don’t be afraid to fail. No successful person has reached success without some set backs. Think of Babe Ruth, yes he was a Home Run Star, but he also struck out a lot too.
“Though no one can go back and make a brand-new start, anyone can start from now and make a Brand New Ending” John Maxell
