#1. Eat more food, I know sounds crazy right?
But many women think that the easiest way to lose weight is through a starvation diet.   But our body can only survive so long with out food and this type of dieting will slow down your metabolism and will cause you to store more body fat.  Usually the weight you are losing on this type of diet will be muscle mass.   Eat 5 – 6 small meals every day with the proper choices of protein carbs and fat will help increase your metabolism and help you shred body fat.

 

#2   Plan and prepare your meals. If you fail to plan you are planning to fail.  If you are limited with time.  Get out the crock-pot and cook while you are sleeping.  Being prepared to eat healthy will be the key to shredding body fat.    Take food with you when you leave in an insulated tote.  Stop at any gas station to heat up in microwave.  Buy a bottle water and use the microwave.   It’s all about having balance.  If you plan, prepare and you are 80% on target you will see results!

 

#3 Increase your exercise and include lifting weights.  Many women shy away from weights as they don’t want to bulk up, but in reality strength training will help you build lean muscle.  As you build more lean muscle, your metabolism will burn more calories!    Cardio activity is great too.  Start with 10 – 15 minutes a day.
