Here are 6 Tips to help you succeed with the challenge.

1. Love yourself! It all begins in your mind, our mind determines our thoughts, our thoughts create our attitude and our attitude will determine our actions. So when you change your mind, you will change your thoughts, when you change your thoughts you will change your attitude and when you change your attitude you will change your actions! Tell yourself good positive things everyday. For 14 days get up everyday and look yourself in the mirror and tell yourself you are AWESOME! Because you are!!

2. Journal your goals. Write down what you want to accomplish! Then after the 14 days, reward yourself for your accomplishment. Example a massage, a new pair of jeans, ect.

3. Know your obstacles and what they will be so you can prepare. Example, if you are going to be invited to a dinner party, check out the menu ahead and know what you can eat. Never let an event keep you from starting your journey. Many people will say ” I’ll wait till after the birthday party, wedding,” ect. Well I am here to tell you there will always be a party, a wedding or something that we will be around food. You just have to start!!

4. Challenge yourself for 14 days to eliminate fast food, soda and any other habit that has been keeping your from reaching your goals.

It’s only 14 days! You can do it! When you do this for 14 days, the cravings for those items will lessen.

5. Be prepared to eat healthy prepare your healthy food items and have them handy to take with you. We make bad choices when we don’t have something prepared. Carry an insulated cooler with your food. Every gas station has a microwave, you can heat it up, buy a bottle of water and you are ready.

6. Give your kitchen a makeover, eliminate the junk food, cookies, cakes, candies, chips.!
