Whether you’re trying to squeeze a workout in at home while keeping an eye on the kids, or you’re traveling for work and need to improvise with no equipment and little space, there are some great bodyweight exercises that will still give you a good workout!
Here are some of our favorites:
- Tricep Dips: what you need: box, bench, step, chair, etc.
- Mountain Climbers
- Jump Squats
- Jumping Jacks
- Sit Ups
- Bicycle Crunches
- Glute Bridge
Here’s a great combination that will make you sweat!
10 Tricep Dips
15 Mountain Climbers (each leg)
15 Jump Squats
15 Jumping Jacks
30 second Plank
10 Sit Ups
10 Bicycle Crunches (each side)
30 second Glute Bridge
Repeat 4x or AMRAP (as many rounds as possible)
