The best way to burn body fat is not just a simple to do list of exercises. If you are serious about doing it, then you need to understand that fat is fuel. If you use the fuel you will burn the fat but be aware that you might just be replacing what you burn with more fuel fat from what you are eating. You have to eat better and mix that with good and consistent exercises.

REALIZE THAT A BAD DIET IS MORE LIKELY THE ROOT CAUSE OF EXTRA LAYERS OF INSULATION AND NOT THE LACK OF EXERCISE.

With all the being said there are good exercises that will burn fat faster. Using a Tabata which is a hard 20 seconds of work then 10 seconds of rest then repeat. The whole point of a Tabata is to push yourself to the max! Don’t get caught up in the trap of trying to save some energy to get through the workout. Again, push to the max in the first round and continue doing so all the way through.
